thanksgiving week

My thanksgiving i decided to keep healthy and stay on my weight  so on saturday morning i ran for 45 minutes at south gate park then i jogged home.On sunday morning i did the exact same thing i ran for 45 minutes at south gate park then jogged it home so when i got home i wanted to see how much i weighed so i jump on the scale and i came in at 109.6 pounds which meant i had lost 3 pounds over the weekend. On monday i was with a couple of my wrestling friends just practicing my stance and my technique with the other wrestlers for about 2 to 3 hours after a drilling we went out to eat so we went to this thai restaurant in the area and we ate and then we paid and left.On tuesday we all wanted to meet up and do like a team activity so we decided to go to bolsa chica beach so we were able to make a bonfire we took marshmallow,gram crackers,and chocolate s'more. We also took sausages and beef patties to make hamburgers on a little grill we took.we all left the beach like at 10 pm at night because we had ran out of firewood and it was pretty cold.on wednesday i stayed in because i had gotten a little sick from the beach so i layed in bed all day and watched movies till i fell asleep .on thursday thanksgiving day i went to my aunt's house to have a family dinner there i don't even remember how many plates i ate but let's just say i was the reason why the mashed potatoes were gone.well my mom had left and my sister had left with her and i decided to stay over with my cousins, mainly so i can eat leftovers in the morning.I  ate breakfast and i asked my cousin if she could drive me to a park near by. When we got there i had put on a big jacket and some sweat pant so i can sweat a lot more. That day i had ran i think for about 2 hours non stop almost to the point where i could have passed out.on saturday i went to six flags and on sunday i did a little bit of last minute homework.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving one of my favorite holidays because i can eat and eat all i want and have no regrets the next day.I just love it when grandma makes food to last up for weeks in one day. Well one thing i learned was that canada actually started thanksgiving before the pilgrims settled in the new world which is the united states today. In Fact they had already invented this holiday 400 years before we started to celebrate it. All i can say about it is that life really is crazy.Did you know they didn't actually eat turkey or pumpkin pie and that day or mashed potatoes, they ate what they harvested and hunted for. Together they hunted 5 deers and the shared what they had grown together. Interesting Fact is that thanksgiving is actually a 3 day event of eating and hunting and entertainment.  

On thanksgiving day you have to be grateful for the things they give and for what you receive, me i am thankful for my family for us to be together and for them to be able to comfort me i am thankful for all that food that will be infront of me and thankful for my stomach to be able to eat all that is put infront of me.

Veterans day

Veterans day is a public holiday held on the anniversary of world war 1 to honor veterans and victims of all wars.veterans day is celebrated on november 11th on the same day the war ended.the purpose of this day is to thank soldiers for their services in the war.it is an honor to show honor and respect on that day becuase they have sacrificed so much for us and for this country.a way to honar is them is to say thank you to them,they appriciate it even though its a simple gesture.you can also donate to the uso or volunteer at your local uso chapter.

I'd like to thank them for keeping this country safe when times were rough and for giving me a beautiful country to live in.they hel0ped us back then now it's time for us to support them.

It all depends on the mindset of people good crowds will do good bad crowds do smart things without even knowing that they did something good. Lets just say a group of kids who look like they get into a lot of trouble  wait at a stop sign and it's dark out behind them are two armed thugs walking behind two good people a little boy and an old lady she goes to the stop light with the big group the lady and the boy are both really scared because she is stuck in between to crowds one of the crowds want the boy and the lady the other bad crowd want nothing to do with her. They see the two armed thugs and they ask the lady if she was in any trouble she says ‘those men have been following us” so what that crowd does is leave half of them and the stop light and talks to the armed thugs while the other half crosses the street. They help that lady and she said thank you when really all we wanted was to get home two
